Description
This recently, restored property is in a superb, panoramic position, enjoying wonderful sea views. Casale Bellavista is an organic farm set in 20 hectares of olive groves, vineyards, Fruit orchards and a small wood. All of the produce is used by the owner, Gabriella who prepares wonderful, local dishes for guests staying at the property.
Casale Bellavista is ideally located for exploring the characteristic, coastal hill towns of Le Marche such as Fermo which is just a short drive away. There are several charming fishing villages nearby, where you can savour the wonderful seafood dishes. For seven consecutive years the nearby beaches have been awarded blue flag status and can easily be reached on foot or by bicycle.
In the main building there are just five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a small restaurant. Guests will enjoy superb views from the swimming pool.
Independent cottage – sleeps 2-4. Entrance from a furnished garden to the lounge with an open fireplace. There are comfy chairs and a sofabed in the lounge. Fully equipped kitchen (cooking hob, oven, washing machine and fridge/freezer). One double bedroom and one bathroom. The cottage is furnished with family antique pieces.
