Description
Superb, luxury villa situated just a few km from the chic Etruscan hilltop town of Volterra (Lajatico - birthplace of Andrea Bocelli). Villa Andrea has been expertly restored by its owners to provide absolutely everything for a "spoil yourself" stay in a panoramic,comfortable and restful location.
The villa is set approximately 700 metres down a country road and the entrance is via security gates into a large, covered car park and lovely gardens. Villa Andrea has a swimming pool with panoramic views as well as a separate jacuzzi.
The accommodation:approx 150 sq m
Entrance into the villa is via a covered portico with terrace.
Ground Floor
Open plan lounge and dining areas are extremely spacious with very comfortable leather sofas with sat TV, DVD, CD player, security gatephone. In the centre of the area there is an open plan, working fireplace. There is a large, well furnished dining area. A door leads off the lounge area into a downstairs toilet/shower-room with washing machine. Double doors lead from the lounge out on to the back terrace and there is a view of the swimming pool. The kitchen benefits from a 6 burner hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, Espresso coffee-maker, iron/ironing board. A door from the kitchen leads out on to a covered, terrace area with wonderful views, lovely gardens with a BBQ.
First Floor
At the top of the stairs to the left is a bathroom with bath and shower over. There is 1 double en-suite (shower), bedroom with a 4-poster bed. This bedroom also has its own safe; 1 twin bedroom and 1 triple bedroom. This bedroom has a safe. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and central heating(. There are sat TV's in the bedrooms.There are mosquito nets at the windows.
Garden/Terrace
Table, chairs, parasol, loungers, BBQ, swimming pool with shower & jacuzzi.
A Typical Tuscan dinner with a Private Cook can be arranged at 40 euros per person inclusive of: Antipasto, 1 primo, 1 secondo, dolce, caffe, water, house wine - please enquire when booking
