Description
Set in the heart of the Chianti region near the village of San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Il Fienile is a very stylish house which has been restored to a high standard. The house is decorated with contemporary designer furniture and fittings with an ultra modern kitchen and an open plan living area. Traditional features such as oak beamed ceilings complement modern furnishings creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The house benefits from Satellite television, a DVD player and a stereo system. Il Fienile is in an idyllic location. From the dining terrace guests will enjoy spectacular views over vineyards, olive groves and open countryside.
Although the house is in a secluded setting, the buzzing centre of Florence is only a 15 minute drive away. Designer shopping outlets such as D&G, Fendi, Gucci and Prada on the outskirts of Florence are open to the public and are just half an hour away.
The famous Ugolino golf course is just 10km away. Il Fienile’s location offers easy access to Florence and its environs and has something to offer everyone.
The Accommodation
Ground Floor - Entrance into a spacious, open-plan lounge/dining area with a comfy sofa and armchair, dining table and TV, leading to a well-equipped kitchen area (oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine).
First Floor - Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and showers.
