Description
Casa Limonia is a delightful Stone house situated on the edge of the village of Sarteano in the Val di Chiana area. A selection of resturants and shops are just a short walk from the property. Situated in a panoramic position this house has been restored to a very high standard and provides unique accommodation in a village setting.
A special feature of the property is the wonderful swimming pool (10x5m dept= 1.4 - 2.20_and garden area with Table/Chairs/Sun Loungers & Gazebo which have views of Sarteano village and of the surrounding ountryside. The property benefits for a sauna, turkish bath and a six seated hydro massage bath. ( There is a separate charge to use this, see below) The property also has central heating and would be an ideal choice for the cooler months too.

Entrance from stone steps into the first floor. Lounge/dining area with an open fireplace and television. kitchen (cooking hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher) with dining area. One toilet.
Second floor : One double bedroom with bathroom with a shower. One large double bedroom with bathroom with a bath. From this bedroom there is access to a single bedroom.

.....Just wanted to let you know what a great holiday we had in Italy - we got back early yesterday morning. Not only was the house and setting absolutely lovely, the owners, Patrizia and Antonello (and Patrizia's Mum and Dad) were very welcoming and friendly. During our stay we were kept supplied with eggs, peaches, plums, peppers, tomatoes, salad etc and could not have been better looked after without it being intrusive (which it never was). The fact that the house was always cool with anti-mosquito mesh at all the windows was a huge bonus too.
